- THE U. S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SEEKS LEASE SPACE IN DOTHAN, AL AMOUNT : 3619 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space with 6 surface parking spaces. LOCATION : First Consideration will be given to historic properties and locations within the Central Business Area (CBA) of Dothan, AL with the following boundaries: North : Brannon Stand Road South : Ross Clark East : Montgomery Hwy / 231 North West : Hartford Highway/52 If none are available, non-historic properties will be considered in the CBA. REQUIRED : All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The location cannot be located next to a Day Care, School, or Foreign Companies. TERM : The Lease term is 15 years, 10 years firm.
