Description
U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State :Redfield, South Dakota County : Spink County Delineated Area: Within the city limits of Redfield, South Dakota Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) :5,400 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) :5,510 SF Rentable Square Feet (RSF) :Not to exceed 5,700 RSF Space Type :Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total) :Adequate parking based on local code requirements. Parking Spaces (Reserved) :Seven (7) for Official Government Vehicles (OGVs) Full Term :Five (5) Years (60-months) Renewal Option Term :Five (5) Years Termination Rights :In whole or in part upon one hundred twenty (120) days' notice Additional Requirements: •Proposed building, including parking area(s) shall not be in a 100-year flood plain. •Proposed building, including parking area(s) shall not be located within 30-feet from a FEMA designated 100-year flood plain. •Space shall be continuous on one floor; space above the first floor shall have two (2) elevators. Space can be non-contiguous on the same floor. First floor preferred. •The space must meet all state and local building regulations and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABASS). •Pull through parking for cattle trailers and other large vehicles required. •Leased construction may be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
