- The TARDEC LQMS team required a contractor to conduct on-site ISO/IEC 17025 Full Assessments to initially grant accreditation to (1) TARDEC Test Laboratory per year for 5 years, and conduct Surveillance Assessments, to cover re-accreditation of (8 to 12) TARDEC currently Accredited Laboratories. The contractor shall provide an Accreditation Certificate and Scope of Accreditation for each TARDEC Laboratory meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and contractor specific policies. The contractor must have international ISO/IEC 17011 recognition maintained through the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA).
