- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-1012 for NSN 1560-01-523-2041, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is a Parts, Kit, Windshield. This procurement was issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The approved source of supply, CAGE: 12035 SIERRACIN CORPORATION. P/N# 271520-201. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 110 each. The required delivery schedule is 143 days. This is Critical Application item. Export Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 15 JUNE 2017.
