Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of offer and submit the following documents: Section A: SF 1442 with completed blocks #14, #15, #16, #17, #20a, #20b, #20c, and block #19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442. Block #20b. Section B: Provide Unit Price and Net Amount for CLINS 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, and 0005 Section I: Complete appropriate certifications in clauses 52.219-28, 52.223-3, and 252.223-7001. Section K: Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications. Proposal:Offeror shall submit two each detailed cost proposal packages (hard & electronic copies), in accordance with RS Means(4 Clicks). Including any supporting documents. Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the offeror for any costs. Proposals are due to the contracting POC not later than (NLT) 1:30 p.m. (CST) on 26 June 2017. All offers received late will not be considered for award at the discretion of the contracting officer.
