- Solicitation for Janitorial Services at FPL The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for janitorial services at the Forest Products Laboratory (FPL) located in Madison, Wisconsin. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, supervision, transportation, training, equipment, supplies, and materials needed to provide Janitorial Services. Sustainable products, to include but not exclusive of, Bio-Based and Bio-Preferred products must be utilized. Drawings will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will cover all pertinent information relating to the janitorial services at FPL. The incumbent is Peterson Cleaning. The Governments anticipates awarding this contract for a base and up to four option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is total small business set-aside, NAICS code: 561720, size standard: $18 million. All questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and sent before June 16th. We will not respond to questions received after June 16th. IN NO EVENT WILL FAILURE TO INSPECT THE SITE CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A CLAIM OR CONTRACT PRICE ADJUSTMENT AFTER AWARD.
