This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY (hereafter referred to as market survey or market survey questionnaire) to request information for the United States Government's (USG) for planning purposes only. PdM (Product Manager) Heavy Tactical Vehicles (HTV) seeks to identify sources who are able to provide a Non-Developmental Item (NDI)/Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) tractor and/or trailer that is rated to carry a payload of 78.5 tons.
