- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-1003 for NSN 1660-01-308-0055, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is an INSULATION BLANKET. This procurement was issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The approved sources of supply, CAGE: 25167 HI-TEMP INSULATION, INC. DBA PART NUMBER 74A835795-1013, CAGE: 76823 NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS PART NUMBER 74A835795-1007 & PART NUMBER 74A835795-1013. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 993 each. The required delivery schedule is 139 days. This is Critical Application item. Export Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
