- This is a synopsis notice for supplies. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This contract shall be procured on a sole source basis to Flagship Marine, Inc. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has established a requirement for five (5) Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) "ship sets." Each ship set includes: Four (4) Chillers, FM180CW-ED, 460/3/60 180,000 BTU Part # 20125-001 One (1) Air-Handler-Unit for each of the nine (9) zones on the P-class ship Part # 21001-001 22002-001 21003-001 21004-001 21005-001 21006-001 21007-001 21008-001 22009-001 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
