- DRAFT PWS The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Jackson, SC is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested small business sources for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The small business size standard is $27.5 million. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information on qualified and experienced contractors interested in providing all necessary resources for Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) referenced standards, complete license fee for application and subscription services via an internet connection to AEC database. The Contractor shall provide DPW with 24 hour internet access to the website required to access up-to-date construction standards across the construction industry. This database provides AEC Standards through an on-line database that is consistently updated by the Contractor with the latest AEC standards which is crucial in order for DPW to complete accurate construction standards for continuing projects throughout the year. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Responsible, qualified firms interested in supporting the subject requirement shall include the following information: 1. Company Name with Point of Contact, Title, Phone Number, Email, and Address; 2. DUNS Number, Tax ID number, and CAGE Code; 3. Interest in nature of participation [e.g., prime contractor, teaming partner, primary subcontractor]; 4. Small Business Certification; 5. Relevant Experience & Past Performance shall describe experience in providing services of similar scope and complexity to the requirement by providing the following information: contract number, dollar value, type of contract, a brief description of work performed, duration of services, 6. General Capability should demonstrate how to accomplish this requirement in accordance with the PWS. PLEASE LIMIT YOUR RESPONSE TO RELEVANT INFORMATION. A ONE PAGE CAPABILITY STATEMENT WITH AN AFFRIMATIVE RESPONSE THAT YOUR COMPANY CAN FULFILL THE REQUIREMENT AS OUTLINED IN THE PWS IS DESIRED. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining a set-aside for the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether or not this approach to securing contracting support is practicable.
