- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to provide Drilling & Testing Services for St. Francis Borings. Contractor is required to provide supplies/services to satisfy this requirement for the USACE Memphis District. Supplies/services will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ-17-R-0016 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The associated NAICS code is 541380. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on or about May 24, 2017. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, mail, or delivered by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ-17-R-0016 addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Valerie Marshall, 167 N.
