- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to HARRIS CORPORATION CAGE 14307. This is a requirement for the purchase HIGH REQUENCY RADIOS AND ACCESSORIES 74 CLINS (SEE ATTACHED J&A) **ALL CLINS ARE FOB: DESTINATION/ INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: DESTINATION** This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Should any vendor express an interest in this request or believe that they are capable of quoting please note questions by phone or fax will not be considered. This is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 334220, PSC: 5820 and the standard size is 1250 (no. of employees). This announcement will close on 06/01/2017 @ 09:00 PST. All responding vendors must have a completed registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award of contract. Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/.
