- IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ATTACHMENTS, PLEASE CONTACT DAWN SIMPSON FOR HELP OR TO PROVIDE COPIES. The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, Contracting Division, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure Note Taking services for Wana Pa Koot Koot Cooperating Group. This solicitation is a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 561410. The Corps and BPA co-manage the Wana Pa Koot Koot Cooperating Group (WPKK) under the terms of the Systemwide Programmatic Agreement (SWPA). The objective of this contract is to provide the WPKK business and planning meetings with professional notetaker services for the period of one year. The note taker would travel and attend meetings and record the major discussion points, commitments, and decisions made at the WPKK business and annual planning meetings. For further details reference the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
