- The US Department of Interior, National Park Service, Yellowstone National Park, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-priced base plus four years purchase order on behalf of Yellowstone Telecommunications. The purchase order will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1). The purpose of this procurement is to obtain an annual service maintenance agreement and support for Bold Technology software license to include all updates, upgrades, service and support for all alarm monitoring products and services in Yellowstone National Park. Base year: June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018 Option Year One: June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019 Option Year Two: June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020 Option Year Three: June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021 Option Year Four: June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022 Maintenance agreement must provide customer phone support, software updates and upgrades for all existing alarm monitoring licenses in Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone National Park is not requesting new licenses. We are requesting software support for our current licenses. Bold Technologies provides software support for our existing alarm monitoring licenses.
