- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 6610-00-969-9761, Pitot, Tube which is identified by Aerosonic LLC, CAGE 98810, P/N PH557, Northrop Grumman Systems, CAGE 61174, P/NPH557, and JE Hurley Construction, Inc., CAGE 375P8, P/N PH557. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. This solicitation contemplates a sole source award to JE Hurley Construction, Inc., CAGE 375P8, pursuant to FAR 19.1406. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 63 each for the base year and each option year. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 16 each and will be satisfied in the base year. The solicitation will request a delivery of 162 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
