- This requirement must provide Reasonable Accommodations for the physical needs of a critical disabled course instructor (NAVFAC HQ attorney) from NAVFAC HQ. Large Meeting room: Needed from 14 “ 17 August 2017 (all day, each day) Registration will begin at 7:00 AM on 14 August 2017 Symposium will be from 8:00 AM “ 5:30 PM daily Accommodate 250 people seated in a classroom setting oTwo tables and four chairs in the rear of the room against a wall for supplies oTwo tables and five chairs at the front of the room for panel presenters Audio visual requirements: oPodium oMicrophone (s) oOne (1) laptop with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presenter brief support/projection. oWireless slideshow clicker to operate briefs with laptop/projector. oProjector and sufficient screens to allow all to see presentation oA/V Tech (up to 2 Hours) on Monday, 14 August 2017 Breakout room: Need one (1) breakout room located near main conference room from 1:00 PM “ 5:30 PM each day (14 “ 17 August 2017) Space must accommodate up to 125 people in a classroom setting Audio visual requirements: oPodium oMicrophone(s) oTwo tables and five chairs at the front of the room for panel presenters oOne (1) laptop with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presenter brief support/projection. oWireless slideshow clicker to operate briefs with laptop/projector. oProjector and sufficient screens to allow all to see presentation oA/V Tech (up to 2 Hours) on Monday afternoon 14 August 2017 oHandicap Parking available oHandicap Hotel Room in the vicinity of the meeting r
