SUBSCRIPTION - ACCESS FLORIDA CRIMINAL JUSTICE NETWORK (CJNET) SERVICE The Social Security Administration, Region 4, intends to issue a sole source award to Florida Department of Management Services for a yearly subscription to the Florida Criminal Justice Network (CJNet) Data Circuit. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3304(c) (1) (b) (2). This data circuit is a federally mandated, secure, private network through which the SSA's Tampa, FL Cooperative Disability Investigations (CDI) Unit accesses the National Criminal Information Center (NCIC) and Florida Criminal Information Center (FCIC) database of criminal records and the Florida Motor Vehicles driver license records. The network service includes access to the data circuit and 24/7 customer service center. This network is the only source available for these law enforcement records. The information available on this network is critical to the CDI unit officer's safety. In addition, it is an invaluable tool in the development of fraud investigations. This notice is for informational Purposes Only. No subcontracting opportunities exist.
