- The Colorado Army National Guard is issuing this draft Solicitation for advertising services and exhibit displays in shopping malls in Colorado. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541810. To ensure this project is executed in the most effective manner possible, the Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) is seeking industry input by issuing the draft solicitation for vendors' review and comments to ensure the solicitation is drafted appropriately and determine potential market interest in the acquisition. The attached draft solicitation includes, among other sections, the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Evaluation Criteria.
