- IDIQ Hydrographic Instruments and Parts The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility, has a requirement for the purchase of water quality monitoring parts and equipment to be delivered to Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The proposed contract is a one-year indefinite delivery base and four optional one-year periods thereafter.
