- The US Government anticipates soliciting nomenclature: Cable Assembly, Spec, National Stock Number (NSN): 2590-011-30-3450/ P/N: 12311975. It is a competitive procurement with a technical data package (TDP) containing purchased parts estimated at 10-50% of the total cost. It will be a 100% total small business set-aside with inclusion of Federal Prison Industries (FPI) resulting in the award of one firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 150 with an option quantity of 75. Inspection/Acceptance at destination and FOB is origin. Delivery is 510 ARO or less. A First Article Test (FAT) is required and will be outlined in the solicitation. The issue date is on or about 19 JUN 2017. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM). The SAM registration address is https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
