- *****************NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE*************** The FAA has a need for Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, services, trained personnel, bonds, insurance, security, instrumentation, and equipment as needed to ensure that the reconditioning of the Radar building, this work may include abatement of Hazardous Materials that shall be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations at the Pico del Este Radar site, located at Pico del Este Road, El Yunque National Forest, HC-01,Rio Grande, PR 00745.
