Description

STATEMENT OF WORK BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: The VA Butler Healthcare System (529) new Health Care Center (HCC) has a need for 240 (two hundred forty) Privacy Cubical Curtains with the dimensions of 108 W X 84 L. They will need to be delivered to VA Butler Healthcare (529) Health Care Center (HCC), 353 North Duffy Rd. Butler Pa. 16001. Delivery date is June 20, 2017. Loading Dock Hours of Operation are Monday thru Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify small businesses, and specifically, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide Brand Name or Equal to the items specified below to the Butler, PA VA Healthcare Center on June 20, 2017 CLIN #1- 601602OM HD Supply Facilities Maintenance Privacy Curtain or equivalent must have the following specifications 108 inches wide(horizontal) by 84 total inches in length (vertical) (20 inches top mesh with 64 inches solid) to meet pre constructed space 20 antimicrobial top mesh to meet local, state and Federal fire codes for healthcare and public facilities 60% Solution- Dyed Polyester 40% FR Polyester 100% Polyester and meets all FR codes, antimicrobial, stain resistant and water-repellant properties, 60+ hours Lightfastness Environmentally sound with Greenguard and Greenguard Gold Certified Standard commercial Warranty included 20 durable grommet holes per curtain for hooks. Color/pattern to be determined after award of the contract by VA Butler Interior Designer No installation required Awarded vendor will contact COR (Contractor Officers Representative) to confirm delivery date two weeks prior to delivery date.(724-285-2466) 240 Ea.
