- Contracting Officer has been updated on this FBO site consistent with the recent Amendment 01 that was posted on 22 May 2017. Also as a follow up to the Q&A question 75 also posted on FBO on 22 May 2017, the Government understands that the SF 33, SF 30 and 1155s are protected documents. Due to the contract writing system that protects it we cannot unprotect it locally to allow for digital form field fill-in or signing. As a clarification of question 60, please review Attachment 9, Section L Instructions to Offerors, Appendix C Cross Reference Matrix. PWS Paragraphs/requirements are cross referenced with relevant Section L instructions and Section M criteria. This matrix also distinguishes 2.3.2.1 (product support) and 2.3.2.2 (sustaining and systems engineering) criteria.
