- Sources Sought Notice This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request For Proposal, Request For Quote, or Invitation For Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture NSN: 5330-01-360-5252, Seal, Plain Encased. Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems, LLC (78500) P/N A-1205-R-2254 is the listed as the source of supply. Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity for review. DLA Troop Support is in the process of developing a solicitation for the referenced item. The quantity will be 20,000/ea. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any materials as a result of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
