- WAGE DETERMINATION Redacted OTFO Justification Solicitation - Installation of Dock Locks STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall remove the existing dock locks and dispose off of Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA. Repair all holes left by removing, seal all holes, touch up any paint to match existing as needed. The contractor shall provide all components, material, labor and equipment to ensure eight (8) fully functional dock locks - Rite-Hite Brand SHR5000 Dok-Lok Restraints (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK). In order to be eligible for award, contractors must have a physical location/facility/shop within 100 miles of Defense Supply Center Richmond AND be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered, go to SAM Website at www.SAM.Gov to register PRIOR to submitting quotes. Site visit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - June 5-9. 2017.
