- This amendment is to change the pre-proposal conference date. 1. The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) intends to issue a solicitation for a fixed-price requirements contract to provide Industrial Control System Maintenance Services at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP) water wells, reservoirs, and lift station systems located at Joint Base Lewis- McChord (JBLM)-Main, JBLM-North, and JBLM-McChord Field, WA. The work is required in support of Public Works (PW) activities headquartered at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). The Solicitation number is W911S8-17-R-0004. 2. The applicable NAICS code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, and the small business size standard is $38.5 million. This procurement will be unrestricted full and open competition. 3. The anticipated contract ordering periods are a base period of one year plus four one-year option periods. 4. The Government will not honor telephonic requests for the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 19 May 2017, and the FBO posting date is 22 May 2017. The solicitation closing date is 19 June 2017. The pre-proposal conference date is 31 May 2017 at 0930 AM (PDT). Please submit, in writing the names of attendees limited to three (3) attendees per firm to deneen.k.person.civ@mail.mil prior to 2:00PM PDT 25 May 2017. The pre-proposal confrence date has changed from 31 May 2017 at 0930 to 2 June 2017 at 0930. 5. The Government will consider offers from all capable and responsible sources. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that they have registered in the System for Award Management database,https://www.sam.gov/, and ensure that the applicable NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services is included in the System for Award Management profile prior to submission of proposals. 6. Prospective offerors should to submit any questions they may have, in advance and in writing, to Deneen K. Person, Contract Specialist, at deneen.k.person.civ@mail.mil.
