- Please see the attached RFQ for information. This Justice Management Division solicitation, DJJ17GAPG0024, for ISO certification services located within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Services Acquire are for assessment, certification, and recertification of the Office of CIO's(OCIO) Service Management System (SMS) and to achieve certification and be registered as an ISO 20000-1:2011 certified organization. A single contract will be awarded. The contract will be for one base period and include three one-year options to extend the term of the contract. Solicitation DJJ17GAPG0024 is distributed solely through the FedBizOpps web site at www.FedBizOpps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition will also be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
