Page 1 of 1 Solicitation VA786-17-R-0467 Project Location: WOODLAWN NATIONAL CEMETERY Project Title: Columbarium Caulking, Sealing, and Pointing Project Control #: 803-M&R17-16 Statement of Work Summary: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove all the existing columbarium caulking, re-caulk, clean and apply clear sealer on the wall cap and coping, repoint sections of the split face block wall, and replace block wall weep hole covers at the Woodlawn National Cemetery. The Woodlawn National Cemetery is located at 1825 Davis Street, Elmira, NY 14901. Pre-Bid Site Visit: Bidders are urged to visit the site, investigate existing conditions through observation, and submit questions as a means to satisfy their understanding of the work to be done, all general, local, and technical conditions that may affect the cost and the feasibility of their proposal. Question should be submitted to the Contracting Officer utilizing Requests for Information (RFIs). In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. The Contractor shall complete all work within 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice of Award, subject to all terms, conditions, provisions and schedules of the contract. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238140 is applicable. An electronic solicitation VA786-17-R-0467 is available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on May 25, 2017 as a separate attachment. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-17-R-0467 on remittances. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., June 09, 2017.
