- N00164-14-G-GR45-0010 - SOLE SOURCE - Engineering Services in support of AEGIS MK99 Fire Control System (FCS), Continuous Wave Illuminator (CWI), transmitter cabinet Engineering Development Model (EDM), capable of passing all qualification criteria. FSC R425 - NAICS 334419 Anticipated Issue Date - 30 JUN 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date - 01 SEP 2018 - 2:00 PM EDT Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue, N0016417FW048 (Job Order 10) to N00164-14-G-GR45 providing Engineering Services in support of the AEGIS MK99 Fire Control System. The period of performance will be from date of award until 29 January 2019 or approximately 2 years. This Job Order will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract action under N00164-14-G-GR45 which is a sole source effort to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (CAGE 59744), 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776-3375. This order will be placed IAW the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be posted to the FBO page. A copy of the RFP will be made available to qualified interested parties upon request. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM). Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation of requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the internet at www.sam.gov. The technical data package may contain information that is export controlled. Only those companies that have completed DD Form 2345 and are certified under the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in an active status are authorized to receive export controlled information.
