- Description
- 1) K15 Series Maintenance Training for 4 people @ China Lake, CA (Quantity -1 lot) 2) Travel and lodging for personnel giving K15 Series Maintenance Training (Quantity - 1 lot). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Varex Imaging, 6811 Spencer Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119 due to unique capability. Only the original manufacturer will be able to provide maintenance training for the equipment. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be submitted by e-mail no later than 5 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the training without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process.
