- This NSN 4820-01-155-0138, VALVE, LINEAR, DIRECTIONAL CONTROL will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RFP to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN large contract. NO OPTION WILL BE EXERCISED QTY= 5 EA EST. DELIVERY 300 DAYS ADO OR BETTER FOB - ORIGIN I/A - ORIGIN All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS from JUNE 12, 2017 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. This is 1/G procurement, full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. Offers will be acceptable in accordance with applicable drawings. Technical data will be available with solicitation. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 19207 13204E2548 REVISION NR F DTD 11/01/2011 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE QAP 97403 13204E2548 REVISION NR A DTD 07/28/1988 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 19207 13204E2548 REVISION NR DTD 09/12/2014 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 19207 5705403 REVISION NR B DTD 01/28/1991 PART PIECE NUMBER: This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The Government may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offerors, during the Reverse Auction. An offerr's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, in accordance with FAR 15.307.
