Description
Questions from Vendor on RFI 1.             Do I need to RSVP, provide names of people who will be attending, etc.? You need an RSVP to reserve a space, but we do not want any reps.   This is NOT a solicitation, we are asking for a setup of your furniture solutions only. 2.             Can we ship items to the VA in advance of 7/17 for set up on 7/17?     No, installation crews should bring the product and install at the same time, only Monday 7/17 and only between the hours of 9am- 3pm. 3.             About how much space will we be permitted for our 2 solutions?   If this is the Teamlet space, the solution should be no more than 24 x 48 and another 24 x 48 back to back.   If this is for the exam room it should be wall mounted on your wall (you must provide a stationary wall or panel) approximately 24 x24 4.             Will our equipment/display be kept secure?   If you are modeling carts as below, we don t want carts displayed. We will try and have staff presence throughout the display period and our local Station Police going through these areas but 5.             Any idea what size computer monitor will be used in the exam room? We d like to demonstrate an option that will be similar to what s used. Yes, no more than 19, some might need to be a double monitor solution. 6.             Any idea if you ll want a long arm or a short arm for the wall-mount solution? It would be nice if the arm could articulate a fair distance and rotate to the right or left at least 90 degrees 7.             Will we have an opportunity to go over our display with the interior designer or obtain feedback after the event?   Yes, we will be able to give you feedback. 8.             Any idea about how many wall-mounted units will be needed for the exam rooms in the new clinical space?   This will be done in phases, approximately 12, then 17 then another 17. 9.             Is there a timeline for award? This fiscal year?   This is not a solicitation, if purchased it would be FY 18 which starts in October.
