- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! NO RESPONSES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME, AND NONE WILL BE READ OR CONSIDERED. The response date below is only the date to permit posting of this notice; no documents should be submitted. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award a single source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) software engineering services for all current and future DHS and USCG enterprise information systems (EIS) developed and maintained by the C4IT Service Center and its three (3) centers of excellence and their detachments. Scope: Support services shall include all solutions, processes, and procedures necessary to sustain EIS at the highest levels of service and availability consistent with cost, schedule, and performance.These services shall include: Program Management, Business Services, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development and Quality Assurance, Application Maintenance and Support, Application and Data Integration, Data Management, Enterprise Testing and Training, Asset Management, Security and Risk Management, and Technology Services.
