- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) DRAFT SOLICITATION FOR END OF YEAR PLANNING PURPOSES. IF FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE, WE WILL CONSIDER USING RECEIVED INFORMATION FOR ORDERING PURPOSES. PLEASE STATE HOW LONG YOUR INFORMATION IS VALID IN THE EVENT FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE. IF INTERESTED, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS RFI BECAUSE SEPARATE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) MAY NOT BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All references to offer/offeror are deemed to have the meaning of quote/quoter and any quote received in response to this RFQ is not binding until contractor signs the purchase order issued at time of award or starts performance. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-17-Q-Z050 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 (Correction) and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-0127. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220; this acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is for a Conference Room Upgrade for the 23 Contracting Squadron. A site visit will be held Tuesday June 6 h, 2017 at 0900 located at the 23D CONS Conference Room 4380 Alabama Road Moody AFB, 31699.
