- Synopsis PROJECT NO.: CTGB 16-2008B, CTGB 15-2008, CTGB 15-2031, CTGB 16-2014B PROJECT TITLE: Paving Projects Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana The work covered under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, personnel, and equipment required to Repair Base Roads, Curbs, Parking Lots, and Sidewalks (Multi) under project CTGB 16-2008B, Construct Parking Lot at B563 (FAC 904) under project CTGB 15-2008, Construct Drive at B670 and Pad at B428 (Multi) under project CTGB 15-2031, and Renovate Base Entry Point under project CTGB 16-2014B at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. a. Repair base roads, curbs, parking lots, and sidewalks as shown on project drawings. b. Construct parking lot at Bldg. 563 as shown on project drawings. c. Construct an access drive at Bldg. 670 and Pad at Bldg. 428 as shown on project drawings. d. Renovate Base Entry Point as shown on project drawings. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is a 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code is 237310 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on or about June 19, 2017; and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the: solicitation package, pertinent information, and downloads.
