The posting did not accurately reflect the requirements which are: the upgrade of the AEGIS MK99 Fire Control System (FCS), Continuous Wave Illuminator (CWI) transmitter cabinet by converting the previously delivered Engineering Development Model (EDM) to a production ready qualification unit, performing qualification testing on that unit, and then transitioning the approved new design to a production ready state.
