- Brand Name justification for the PRC-117G radio DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE AFWAY PORTAL ALL NETCENTS-2 SOLICITATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO FAIR OPPORTUNITY ARE CURRENTLY BEING POSTED ON FBO. ONLY AWARDEES UNDER THE NETCENTS-2 IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. The requirement is for the following products: PRC-117G Radio Set - NSN: 5820-01-587-9864 x 2 High Efficiency Amplified Speaker- Part No. ABP-HEAS-1- NSN: 5965-01-534-9088 or equal x 2 AV2011 High-gain foldable UHF SATCOM antenna-- NSN:5985-01-314-9592 or 5985-01-449-3240 or equal The PRC-117G Radio Set is a brand name requirement. Solicitation will be orally made, only to those vendors identified under the NETCENTS-2 contract.
