- Justification & Approval This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 (Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is ITC-RFQ-17-0024, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95. It is the responsibility of the offeror to be familiar with the incorporated FAR provisions and clauses. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site ( www.fbo.gov ) for any amendments that may be issued to this Request for Quotation. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 (Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers), with a small business size standard of 250 employees. The USITC anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order, as a result of this solicitation. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management database ( www.sam.gov ) prior to award (FAR Subpart 4.11), and is required to be a Citrix authorized reseller. The period of performance is July 16, 2017 - July 15, 2018. The U. S. International Trade Commission requires the following items, exact match, from a Citrix authorized reseller.
