The purpose of Amendment A00001 is to provide responses to contractor questions and change the quote due date/time. Quotes are due on May 31, 2017 at 1000 A.M. Responses to Contractor Questions: Can you please provide dates/schedule of when the inspections are due? Can the annual inspections be performed anytime before the due date or does the VA have any specifications on the timeline for these inspections? Response: Annual Stage I Inspections: Brockton 09/2018 West Roxbury 09/2018 Annual ATG Testing: Brockton 5/31/18 West Roxbury 5/31/18 Jamaica Plain 5/31/18 3rd Party UST Inspections: Brockton 4/3/19 West Roxbury 4/3/19 Jamaica Plain 4/3/19 AST Use Permit: Jamaica Plain 4/20/20 The testing can be done sooner as long as it does not create an inconvenience for the Government.
