Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice to obtain Reference Laboratory Testing Services with Courier Services and Patient Service Draw Centers for the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN1 for the VA CT, MA, ME, NH, RI and VT Medical Centers and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located throughout New England. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a 12 month base plus (4) annual option years to commence 10/1/2017. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included with the Solicitation. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted on or about 6/02/2017. The applicable NAICS code is 621511 with a $32.5MIL Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is Q301. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
