Description: Request for Quote# N62649-17-Q-0088 Planned Due Date: 10 July 2017 Procurement: Laboratory Testing Service for U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa Requirement warranty service: in Okinawa Delivery requirements: 7 January 2018 “ 6 January 2019 with Two (2) Option Years, FOB destination Planned RFQ Issue Date: 9 June 2017 This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 621511. This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract to the company whose quote with the lowest price that meets requirements. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is Laboratory Testing Services for U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa. Anticipated items are as attached file. Interested parties are encourageed to register at https://asia.neco.navy.mil/ prior to downloading the solicitation.
