- Instruction to Offerors Evaluation of Offers Schedule of Items Representations and Certifications Statement of Work Clauses Terms and Conditions The Government intends to award a contract for pre-commercial thinning and piling or pre-commercial thinning with pull back of approximately 124 acres on the Darrington Ranger District, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The estimated start work date is no later than mid-September 2017. Contract work time is 120 calendar days. See Attachment 01 for Schedule of Items and Attachment 02 Project Information/Description of the Requirement Technical Contacts for this project are John Kirby (360) 436-2325 or Dave Kendrick (425) 783-6036 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-05M6-S-17-0053 and will be issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective January 19, 2017. This project is totally set-aside for small business, the NAIC code is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry with a corresponding small business size standard of $7.5 million. Interested offerors are to provide a quote by completing Attachment 01 Schedule of Items along with Attachment 03 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, Contract Reqmts and Experience Questionnaire. All quotations received by June 9, 2017 by 2:00pm PDT will be considered by the Government and may be faxed to (425) 783-0129 or emailed to jhada@fs.fed.us or sent via regular mail to Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest Supervisors Office, Attn: Contracting Officer, 2930 Wetmore Avenue Ste. 3A, Everett, WA 98201. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquisition plus the addenda to this provision and the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items and the evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a) of that provision applies to this acquisition as described in Attachment 04 The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition along with any addenda to the clause and the clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items and any additional FAR clauses apply as described in Attachment 05.
