- J&A--Sole Source Justification 5 each Service Plan- Pro Plus- Renewal 4 each- Means Facilities Bundle 1 each- Means Master Union Composite w/ Assemblies This requirement is for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex's (RRMC) maintenance, license and support services renewal of their Win Estimator System. This is a sole source requirement to Trimbler the successor-in-interest to WinEstimator, Inc., effective October 4, 2015. The period of performance is as follows: Base: 14 September 2017 to 13 March 2018 Option Year 1: 14 March 2018 to 13 March 2019 Option Year 2: 14 March 2019 to 13 March 2020 Option Year 3: 14 March 2020 to 13 March 2021 Option Year 4: 14 March 2021 to 13 March 2022
