This is a Sources Sought notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA256-17-N-0548_1 and is issued as an (RFI) Request for Information, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. This sources sought notice is an SDVOSB set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and with a small business size standard of 750. Howard Hi-Care E Base Cart 30 EA Installation on-site and setup as well as Integration with other carts 1 EA Network Contracting Office 16 is seeking a vendor to supply the following for the G.V.
