Description
Issuing sources sought for veteran businesses (SDVOSB/VOSB) and or any small businesses. The veteran business must be registered in SAM and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small businesses must be registered in SAM. The requirement is for a vendor/contractor to replace the existing nurse call system with a Hill Rom NNC system on the first and second floors of the Community Living Center (CLC). The vendor/contractor will connect the new system to the existing server located in the computer room in the Corporal Michael Crescenz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMCVAMC) located at 3900 Woodland Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19104, building 2, sub-basement. The vendor/contractor must be authorized by Hill Rom to work on the Hill Rom Nurse Call System. The vendor/contractor must provide proof and or certification that they are authorized to work on Hill Rom equipment. All veteran and small businesses replying to this sources sought are to be capable of providing the requirements and service as stated in the statement of work (SOW) below, you must adhere to the specifications cited on the SOW. Vendors must supply Name of company, address, P.O.C. telephone number and email. Also, submit Duns and Tax ID numbers. Provide certification that your company is authorized to work on Hill Rom equipment. Replies to this sources sought are due Friday June 9, 2017 at 10:00 am.
