- N0016417Q0064 - ULTRASONIC SQUIRTER C-SCAN INSPECTION SYSTEM - FSC 6635 - NAICS 335999 Anticipated Issue Date 12 June 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date 12 July 2017 - 2:00pm EST 100% Small Business Set-Aside: This is 100% small business set aside IAW FAR 19.5. Offerors will be asked to indicate the size category (large, small, small-disadvantaged, etc.). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a supply requirement for an Ultrasonic Squirter C-Scan Inspection System used to perform non-destructive inspection and test (NDIT) on various radomes to be located at NSWC Crane. The contractor will be required to install the system at NSWC Crane and provide training and spare parts. There are size and weight constraints that may limit some vendors' ability to propose an acceptable system. The weight loading constraints and the size constraints are in the Statement of Work (SOW). This system shall be built in accordance with (IAW) the SOW. The Government also anticipates incidental services requirements during the life of this effort. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination by NSWC Crane personnel. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Crane Division, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx. The controlled attachments will be posted to FedBizOps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified by the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane prior to the closing date and time specified. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
