- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime (L&M) is making available information for the forthcoming Global Tires Program (GTP) solicitation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.102-Availability of Solicitations, the Government has available upon request, current tire Long Term Contract (LTC) Vendor pricing information. The information available is the current TSI LTC Vendor pricing and will be provided to interested parties of the GTP requirement. The information will be transmitted using https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Welcome.aspx ; therefore requestors desiring the available information must establish a guest account at the above link and a request for the information shall be sent to globaltireprogram@dla.mil with the following information in excel format: Requestor Name (Last, First) Requestor Title Company Name Company Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Contact Phone Number Email Address Access to AMRDEC?
