- This notice is issued to provide a status of the TacCom II solicitation. At this time, the Government estimates that the second Draft RFP will be released in mid - June 2017. A revised schedule will be issued at that time. U.S. Customs and Border Protection continues to develop the second draft RFP for FBO release. Adjustments are being made in response to Industry feedback submitted as draft RFP questions and comments and dialog from the pre-solicitation conference.
