Description
This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5895-01-209-2617, DETECTOR, RADIO FREQUENCY. Manufacturers are restricted to those listed on the source-controlled drawings. The approved source is Herley Industries, Inc., CAGE 32187, under part number 9010-K10. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 75 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Critical Application item. A classified document is included in the Technical Data Package that supports this material. Contract award for this item is limited to those contractors that have a valid and current security classification level of "SECRET" prior to award. Export control applies. Required delivery is 270 days ARO. FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
