- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Vault Toilet Services with the anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, R17PS00296, (written) is approximately second week of May 2017. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price service contract with a term of up to four option years. The anticipated award date is the first week of July. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a small business set aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation. The US Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office (GCPO), Grand Coulee, WA, has a requirement for the servicing of vault toilets to include raw sewage and incidental garbage within the vault toilets in various locations within the greater Grand Coulee Dam area. The Contractor will be required to access multiple areas of the Project at various times and days in both secure and non-secure sites. This is a small business set aside under NAICS code 562991. The primary purpose is for the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to pump, transport and dispose of vault toilet contents (including raw sewage and all incidental garbage) from eleven (11) vault toilets at varying frequencies (monthly, twice monthly and annually) throughout the year.
